That'd be 'You're dumb...' If you're going to call someone stupid, it might help to spell it correctly. Kind of spoils the effect otherwise.

He's got one. This was an urban ride on our fullies. Love the ride! Share the love, revel in someone else's riding. It's ALL good!

Hey, it ended up on my laptop. I shared it. Much of my memory from that ride is a bit hazy, like who took what picture. Junior T took the picture!

Real heavy. Yes. If you visit Moab, don't ride the Kokopelli trail during or after rain. Trust me.

I still can't believe you rode that, Brad!

p.s. The DVD rocks, good tunes, great riding.

Yea, those long Whistler descents in Mud? Notice the two-finger braking. Guys been working hard.

Here's a great picture of the same jump by Brad Walton of Spectrum Techwear. It's HUGE!

It is obvious how few of you actually have children. I'll get flamed for this, but while the picture elicits a smile, if it is not photoshopped, I'd say it represents criminal negligence.

Why dis this guy? The picture was taken by a French person and the comment is in French. Totally apropos. (Though I don't know French, I can easily see what's being implied.)

The driver had to tow him in, park, get out and take the pic. That's where the true talent lies!

Seems like a relatively straight forward problem. Overall bike length is in the neighborhood of 6 feet (med. BigHit has 1148mm wheel base, which is axle to axle, not overall length), arc of the trajectory, angle of the picture, estimate location of landing on back side of tranny... wait, this is getting complicated.
I've ridden jumps at Whistler that seem small until you get off the bike and walk them and they get to be close to 30 feet without even trying. I've got no problem accepting that this is 50+feet. Fun to watch, wish I had the Cajones to send it.

That is always an option, but I was out there with 4 great friends, we got harshed on by the elements and the clay, but the views were epic, the effort was epic, and the ride quite memorable. This was a highlight from that trip... the stories it generated outnumber any other ride from the week we spent there.

The whole bike weighed about 150 lbs., about 70 kg. This is not just mud, it is more like clay and very dense.

Lots of crap in the fork to be sure, but cleaned it out and it still runs like a gem. No problem with the brakes either.

This bike lost a derailleur and chain on this ride (more of a push really). The trail? Kokopelli trail above Porcupine Rim in Moab

Ride what you've got. You know that these kids found a way to re-attach the stem and continued to ride till it was too late to see the lip of the jump any more. Somethings are universal. It is about the ride, and who we ride with!

With the quill stem, the forks are threaded and attached to the steer tube via the headset not the stem as they are with 'threadless' headsets most of us ride now. That fork will not come off, not that it makes much difference for this particular landing!
